Pak SMM Services (“Pak SMM Services”, “we”, “us”) operates a social media marketing (SMM) reseller panel for customers in Pakistan. We take a deliberately small amount of data — only what we need to credit your PKR wallet, run the orders you place, and support you on WhatsApp. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

By creating an account or topping up a wallet with us, you agree to the handling of information described here.

We collect the following, and nothing we don't need:

• Account details — the username, email and/or WhatsApp number you sign up with.
• Top-up evidence — the payment screenshots, transaction IDs and sender name you send us on WhatsApp so we can credit your wallet by hand.
• Order data — the public profile, post or video links you submit, the service and quantity chosen, and the resulting wallet transactions.
• Support messages — what you send us over WhatsApp, email or the contact form, including any context you choose to share.
• Technical data — basic device, browser and approximate-region information collected automatically to keep the panel secure and working.

We do not ask for, store, or have access to your social media passwords, and you never need to give us one.

Your information is used to:

• Verify manual top-ups and keep your PKR wallet balance accurate.
• Place, route and track the orders you submit through our provider.
• Answer support requests and resolve issues with delivery or billing.
• Detect fraud, abuse and chargebacks, and keep the platform secure.
• Meet our legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing messages you didn't ask for.

Top-ups are handled manually. You pay through your own JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank app and send us proof on WhatsApp — Pak SMM Services does not run a card gateway and never sees your full card or banking credentials. We retain top-up evidence and wallet transaction history as a financial record and to investigate disputes.

Pak SMM Services is a reseller. The actual delivery for many services is fulfilled by one or more upstream SMM providers. To run an order, we pass on the minimum needed — typically the public link you submitted and the quantity — but never your wallet balance, payment screenshots or contact details.

These providers operate under their own privacy practices, which we don't control. Only submit links to public profiles and posts you are authorised to promote.

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and the panel functioning, and we may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. These never read your social accounts. Most browsers let you block or clear cookies, though doing so may affect how the panel works.

We share information only in these limited cases:

• With upstream SMM providers, strictly to fulfil your orders, as described above.
• With service vendors (such as hosting or messaging) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Where required by law, court order, or a valid request from a competent authority.
• To protect the rights, safety and property of Pak SMM Services, our customers, or the public.

We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to satisfy financial, legal and dispute-resolution needs. Support chats and top-up evidence are kept long enough to handle refunds and chargebacks, then removed in the ordinary course.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we must keep by law. To make a request, message us on WhatsApp or email info@paksmmservices.com from the contact you registered with so we can verify it's really you.

Pak SMM Services is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a minor has used the service, contact us and we will remove the account and associated data.

We may update this policy as the service or the law changes. When we do, we'll revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page, and significant changes may be highlighted in the panel.
