1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, creating an order, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Pak SMM. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a legal guardian, to place an order.

2. Description of Service

Pak SMM is a social media marketing (SMM) panel that provides engagement services — including followers, likes, views, subscribers, comments, and related metrics — across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter/X, Telegram, and Spotify.

• We deliver services to public profiles, posts, videos, or channels only.
• We never request your account password — a public link is all we need.
• Service availability, pricing, and delivery speeds may change at any time.

3. Account & Order Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. In particular, you agree to:

• Provide the correct, public link for each order.
• Keep your profile or post public for the entire duration of the order.
• Not change your username while an order is in progress.
• Avoid placing multiple overlapping orders on the same link at the same time.

Orders that fail because these conditions were not met are not eligible for refill or refund.

4. Payment & Wallet Terms

All prices are displayed before checkout and are charged in the currency shown. Payment is made via the methods listed at checkout (such as JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer, or crypto). Orders are processed only after payment has been confirmed.

• Wallet top-ups, where offered, are credited once payment is verified.
• You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.
• We reserve the right to hold or cancel orders we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent.

5. Order Processing & Delivery

Most orders begin within 1–6 hours of confirmation, though start and completion times vary by service and platform. The delivery estimates shown on each service are approximate and not guaranteed. Delays caused by the target platform, maintenance, or unusual demand are outside our control.

6. No Guarantee of Specific Results

Pak SMM provides engagement services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome — such as sales, reach, virality, monetisation eligibility, or permanent retention of delivered metrics — beyond the refill terms attached to a particular service. Social platforms independently control their algorithms and may adjust counts at any time.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services to:

• Target accounts or content you do not own or are not authorised to promote.
• Promote illegal, hateful, abusive, sexually explicit, or harmful content.
• Violate the terms of service of any social media platform in a manner that creates liability for Pak SMM.
• Resell our services without prior written agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pak SMM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for any action taken by a social media platform against your account (including warnings, restrictions, or bans). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
