The deal, in plain language.

These Terms of Service govern your use of Pak SMM Services, a social media marketing (SMM) reseller panel. By creating an account, topping up a wallet, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the panel.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use Pak SMM Services. You're responsible for:

• Keeping your login details private and your account secure.
• All activity that happens under your account, including orders placed and wallet spent.
• Giving accurate information and a working WhatsApp number for verification and support.

One person or business should keep one account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorised access.

Pak SMM Services runs on a prepaid PKR wallet. You add funds, then spend that balance on orders. Top-ups are processed manually: you pay through JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer and send proof on WhatsApp, and we credit your balance by hand — usually quickly, but timing isn't guaranteed.

• Send the correct amount and a clear screenshot or transaction ID. Crediting the wrong details can delay your top-up.
• Wallet balance is store credit for ordering services. It is not a bank deposit, earns no interest, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Cashing the balance back out is handled under our Refund Policy.

To order, pick a service, paste the required public link, set a quantity and confirm — the cost is deducted from your wallet at the price shown. Before you confirm, make sure:

• The link is correct, public, and not private, restricted or age-gated. Wrong or private links are the most common reason an order fails.
• You don't change the username, delete the post, or set the account private while an order is running.
• You aren't running the same order on the same link from another panel at the same time.

Once submitted, an order generally cannot be paused or cancelled after it has started processing.

Pak SMM Services is a reseller. Most services are fulfilled by upstream third-party SMM providers whose systems and stock we don't control. Because of that:

• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Start time and speed depend on the provider, the platform and current demand, and can vary widely.
• Counts shown by the social platform may differ from provider counts, and platforms routinely audit and remove engagement on their own schedule.
• Services can be paused, re-priced or discontinued if a provider changes or a platform updates how it works.

We pass orders on in good faith but can't promise a specific outcome, permanence of results, or any effect on your reach, sales or rankings.

You agree not to use Pak SMM Services to:

• Target accounts or content you don't own or have permission to promote.
• Promote illegal, fraudulent, hateful, adult/exploitative, or harmful material.
• Submit fake payment proof, reverse legitimate payments, or abuse refills and disputes.
• Resell, script or overload the panel in ways that disrupt the service or other customers.

You are responsible for following the terms of the social platforms you use; their rules apply to your accounts, not ours.

Prices are shown per service in PKR and can change as provider costs and exchange rates move. We aim to keep the catalog accurate, but services, rates and quantities may be updated, limited or withdrawn at any time without notice. The price charged is the one displayed at the moment you confirm an order.

Refunds for failed or partially completed orders are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: failed orders are returned to your wallet, partial orders are charged only for what was delivered, and completed orders aren't refundable.

We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, submits fraudulent top-ups, abuses disputes, or puts the platform or our providers at risk. Where an account is closed for fraud or abuse, any remaining balance may be withheld to cover losses, as allowed by law. You may stop using Pak SMM Services at any time.

Pak SMM Services is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, specific delivery times, or any particular result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pak SMM Services is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or any action a social platform takes against your account. Where we are found liable, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use Pak SMM Services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
