1. Wallet Top-Ups
Funds added to your Pak SMM wallet are intended for placing orders. Unused wallet balance can be refunded on request, provided it has not already been spent on an order that has started processing. Promotional or bonus credits are non-refundable.
2. When Refunds Apply
You are eligible for a refund in the following cases:
- An order was paid for but never started, and we are unable to begin it.
- A service is permanently undeliverable and a refill is not possible.
- You were charged twice for the same order due to a payment error.
Where appropriate, we may offer a refill or partial completion before a refund — whichever best resolves the issue.
3. Order Cancellation Before Processing
If your order has not yet started, you can request a cancellation for a full refund to your wallet or original payment method. Once an order moves into processing, cancellation is no longer possible because delivery has already been set in motion.
4. No Refund After Delivery Starts
Because our services are digital and begin delivering quickly, orders that have started processing or completed are not eligible for a refund. Partially delivered orders are eligible only for the undelivered portion, at our discretion, and only where a refill cannot resolve the shortfall.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us on WhatsApp with:
- Your order ID (for example, PSM-12345).
- The payment method and reference used.
- A brief description of the issue.

6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are usually processed within 3–7 business days. The time it takes for funds to appear depends on your payment provider. Wallet refunds are credited immediately once approved.
