1. Which Services Include a Refill
Each service lists its quality tier so you always know what protection it carries. Refill coverage applies only to services that are explicitly marked with one of the badges below:
- Non-Drop — sourced to stay stable; covered against drops for the listed guarantee window.
- 30-Day Refill — free refills for any drop within 30 days of completion.
- Lifetime Refill — free refills for the lifetime of the order against natural drop.
Economy or “cheap” tiers are not refill-backed. If refill matters to you, choose a refill-tier service at checkout.
2. How Refills Work
A refill restores your count back up to the originally delivered amount — it is not an additional order. If you ordered 1,000 followers and 120 drop within the covered period, a refill returns you to the original 1,000.
3. How to Request a Refill
The fastest way to request a refill is on WhatsApp. Please have the following ready:
- Your order ID (for example, PSM-12345).
- The link used for the original order.
- A short note describing the drop.

4. Time Limits
Refill requests must be made within the guarantee window shown on the service (for example, 30 days for a 30-day refill). Requests made after the window has closed cannot be honoured. Refills are typically processed within the same start-time range as a normal order.
5. When Refill Does Not Apply
To protect against misuse, the refill guarantee does not cover:
- Accounts or posts that were set to private after the order was placed.
- Username changes made while or after the order was delivered.
- Drops caused by the user deleting the post, content, or account.
- Economy-tier services that were never sold with refill coverage.
- Additional drops once a count falls below the originally delivered amount due to platform-wide purges beyond the guarantee window.
